24/7 threat detection and response, automated patching, DNS filtering, MFA enforcement, security awareness training, monitoring, and monthly reports. Higher tiers add identity protection, zero trust access, email security, backup, and compliance support.

How does ArisGate help protect client data?

Through layered controls including endpoint protection, identity monitoring, encrypted remote access, and immutable backups — designed to support the 'reasonable efforts' standard under Florida Bar Rule 4-1.6 and FIPA.

Do you work with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems?

Yes. Our identity protection and email security integrate directly with Microsoft 365. We also provide M365 backup and recovery on Fortress and Vault plans.

What is included in the initial security assessment?

A 1-hour remote consultation and manual review of your current security setup. We identify gaps, assess compliance exposure, and recommend the right plan for your firm. No obligation.

How long does it take to get started?

Onboarding typically completes within 48–72 hours of signing. Includes agent deployment, configuration, staff orientation, and your first security report.

Do I need an internal IT team to work with you?

No. ArisGate is fully managed. We handle all deployment, monitoring, and response. You focus on practicing law.

How fast is your incident response?

Critical incidents: response initiated within 30 minutes, guaranteed. Systems automatically isolate affected devices while our SOC team investigates and remediates.

How does this help with Bar Rule 4-1.6 and FIPA?

Our controls (EDR, encryption, patching, access management, IRP) are designed to help fulfill the 'reasonable efforts' requirement. Fortress and Vault plans include formal compliance documentation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no cancellation penalties. Your rate is locked for 3 years, but you can stop service at any time.

What Is the Free Security Assessment?

The Free Security Assessment is a no-obligation review of your firm’s current cybersecurity posture. We evaluate your systems, identify potential vulnerabilities, and highlight any gaps in protection or compliance with Florida Bar Rule 4-1.6 and FIPA requirements.

Where is our data stored?

All security logs and backups are stored in encrypted, US-based data centers. Backup storage applies to Vault plan clients.
